Xcellent Adventures

Imagine what it would be like to spend part of your summer bucking the whitewater rapids in Pennsylvania, exploring the sights and sounds of Cape Cod by bicycle, touring the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia by horseback, or hanging off a rock face in Vermont. Whatever your interest is, think about getting out there and trying something new, traveling to new places, meeting new friends, and well…having the best summer of your life! Xcellent Adventures are a journey you’ll never forget.

Service Trips

For our oldest campers, think about what it would be like to spend part of your summer building an affordable home for a deserving family.  At Camp Hazen YMCA we offer Service-based Leadership Trips to teens entering their junior or senior year in high school.  Not only will you have a great time, but you’ll also make a difference to communities who need our support.

LEAdership Program

Our LEAdership Training Program (Counselor-in-Training program) is a fantastic way to develop all of the skills needed to be a leader in your community or as a counselor here at Camp Hazen YMCA. Many of our Teen Leaders have used their experiences to enhance their college applications or even to help fulfill high school community service requirements.
